National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), is the only all India body of professional managers engaged in the profession of Human Resource Management, ,Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, and Training & Development in the country

Among the 53 chapters of NIPM, the Pune chapter is the most vibrant chapter, which had the onus of organizing the western region conference.

Problem Statement / Objective of the engagement.

The conference was aimed at focusing on the HR professionals and students. The two day conference was to be chaired by high level dignitaries from across the industries and NIPM was under pressure to get 450 seats from HR professionals and students in a short span of 3 months. This is when NIPM seeked Lemontree media’s internet marketing expertise to make the conference successful by reaching out to the maximum intended audience.

To achieve this humongous requirement Lemontree media was required to upgrade the website with requisite keywords and make the website more responsive. Once the website was ready along with the landing page with social media campaigns, social media accounts were created on all the platforms and SEO was implemented. Lemontreemedia ran creative and focused campaigns to woo the targeted audience mentioned by NIPM. Lemontree implemented online subscription, enquiry form , payment gateway, thus making the conference booking easy. 

What was delivered?

The conference was hugely successful due to the rigorous campaigns run by Lemontree Media. NIPM received 700 entries and huge footfall on the website from the targeted audiences. Due to limited seats and huge response, Lemontree had to make the conference live on Facebook for the beneficiaries.

NIPM, Pune chapter was applauded for the successful execution of the conference, and was also conferred with the responsibility of implementing the forthcoming International conference NATCON 2018. This, will again be shouldered by Lemontree team.
